Terms of Service
These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the employment placement and registered support services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by Fairly Connecting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms apply to job seekers and employers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use the Services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Company provides the following services:
- Paid employment placement (matching job seekers with employers)
- Registered support services (support for specified skilled workers)
- Job search assistance for job seekers (resume writing support, interview coaching, etc.)
- Recruitment support for employers (job posting, hiring consulting, etc.)
Article 3 (User Registration)
To use the Services, Users must provide accurate information and undergo the Company's screening process.
- Job Seekers: Name, contact details, resume, visa status (if applicable)
- Employers: Company name, address, representative's name, job posting details
The Company reserves the right to reject or delete registrations containing false information.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:
- Registering false information
- Illegally using the personal information of third parties
- Defaming, slandering, or engaging in illegal activities against the Company or other Users
- Conducting direct transactions between job seekers and employers to avoid employment placement fees
- Using the Services for commercial purposes without the Company's permission
Article 5 (Service Interruption or Suspension)
The Company may temporarily interrupt or suspend the Services without prior notice in the following cases:
- System failures or necessary maintenance
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for disputes between job seekers and employers.
The Company does not guarantee hiring results or employment continuity.
While the Company strives to verify the accuracy of information provided through the Services, it does not guarantee its completeness.
Article 7 (Termination of User Registration)
The Company may terminate a User's registration if:
- The User provides false information
- The User violates these Terms
- The Company deems the User unsuitable for the Services
Article 8 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)
All content within the Services (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of the Company or rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
